EPT-testet

Beteendeprofilstest EPT – är framtaget av Stefan Lindström, och legitimerade psykologen Hans-Olle Frummerin efter en idé av Nicklas Mattsson då chefredaktör på tidningen Entreprenör. EPT baseras på forskning som Stefan Lindstrom (researchgate.net) både bevakat och bidragit till. EPT (Beteendeprofiltest) lanserades från början som ett Entreprenörsprofilstest i oktober 2010, därav namnet EPT. Cirka 24.500 test har därefter genomförts i Sverige. Mars 2020 lanserades EPT på Engelska är nu uppe i över 32.000 test genomförda världen över.

– sedan september 2017 inkluderade detta test även Intraprenörsarketyper. Numera och på senare år används detta beteendeprofilstest inom främst rekrytering, teamutveckling, teamsammansättning, vidareutveckling av ledningsgrupper, personligutveckling – utvecklingssamtalsmall, mm.
